Payment Processing

  • Will my order payment be processed in US Dollars
    Yes.  We have partnered with Pin Payments, a global leader in secure credit card transactions, to process your payment in US Dollars.  Payments processed through PayPal will also be processed in US Dollars.

  • Do you offer education discounts?
    Yes, any opportunty to support an educational institution is a good one.  Please get in touch with us via the 'contact us' page and we'd be glad to discuss further.
  • Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
    We offer discounts to customers who meet our predefined minimum order quantities.  If you'd like to discuss, feel free to send us a note via the 'contact us' page and we'll respond promptly with the information requested.
  • So, how does this all work?
    Our products are modular by design. Start by choosing the Wallee Case(for iPad/iPad Mini) or Wallee M Case(For iPhone) to suit your device.  Then, choose any of the compatible accessories from within those ranges.  So, say you've got a 3rd generation iPad.  Choose the Wallee case for iPad 3, then choose any accessories from 'The Wallee' range and you'll be good to go!
  • Which iPad do I own?

Shipping

  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Sure do!  During checkout we'll pull live shipping rates and transit times from various express carriers for you to choose from.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, global shipping is available for a flat $10 fee.
  • Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes?
    Yes. Depending on your location you may be charged applicable taxes that you will be required to pay upon delivery.  Please ensure you ask the relevant local authorities whether these taxes will apply to your order.
  • I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift to avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
    We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize Wallee's ability to continue exporting products.
  • I live in USA/Hong Kong/UK, can I come by and pick one up?
    Unfortunately at present we aren't able to offer an in person pick-up option.
  • Do we ship to PO boxes?
    Yes. We are able to deliver to PO box addresses.
  • How do you ship?
    We ship with Australia Post. Expedited shipping is offered at an additional fee and is selectable during checkout.  Please note, tracking is generally not available on orders shipped via our standard shipping option.
  • Do you send an email when my order ships?
    Yes.
  • Can I update my shipping address?
    Yes, you can change your shipping address up until the day it leaves our warehouse in preparation to be shipped.
